Villa MaderaVilla Madera Family Housing consists of 72 units of affordable
multifamily
homes, along with a 3,655 square foot community room and outdoor play
area. After-school care is offered on-site. The development consists of
59 townhomes and 13 garden style apartments, ranging from 870 to 1200
square feet and two to four bedrooms. Of the project's total costs of
$15.4 million, $3.1 million came from California's Multifamily Housing
Program, which was supported by funds raised through the Proposition 46
housing bond issue.
