Arlington Gardens in St. Paul provides 50 units of low income housing for seniors. The Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation (GMHC) provided $400,000 in predevelopment funds for this project.
GMHC provides high-risk predevelopment loans to organizations to assist in the development of quality affordable housing. These loans cover expenses such as architectural fees, environmental and soil testing, land costs, consultants, etc., as well as bridge loans. GMHC also administers the funding during the predevelopment phase.
